Aged for 40 days in a Kentucky bourbon barrel that infuses the essence of bourbon into
the green coffee and roasted to a light-medium roast. This roast profile allows the coffee to have the perfect balance of sweetness from the Brazilian natural and the subtle but strong flavor of Kentucky bourbon.
This is certainly a unique coffee we have developed and only have a limited supply. So hurry before it's gone!

V60: 27g to 400ml water; 2:30 - 3:00 brew time
Chemex: 47g to 700ml water; 4:00 - 4:30 brew time
French Press: 24g to 350 ml water; 4:00 brew time
Drip Coffee Maker: 26 tbsp to 12 cups of water (133g to 2129ml water)
