Aged for 40 days in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels that infuses the essence of bourbon into the green coffee and roasted to a light-medium roast.  This roast profile allows the coffee to have the perfect balance of sweetness from the Brazilian natural and the subtle but strong flavor of Kentucky bourbon.
 
This is certainly a unique coffee we have developed and only have a limited supply. So hurry before it's gone!
