At Birdtown Coffee, we love sharing stories of local artists and entrepreneurs and telling THEIR story.

For this episode, we sat down with The 961 Collective owner, Shadi Ayoub, and discussed the lost art of letterpress printing on a 1950's Heidelberg printing press.

We became friends with Shadi in 2019 and became fascinated with his work. Soon after, we realized how cool and unique it would be if we could utilize The 961 Collective to help make our retail coffee bags.
